Yes, you can open U.S. company if you live outside of the U.S. in allowed country. If you live in one of the restricted countries, you will not be able to open U.S. company and bank account.

To qualify for a U.S. business bank account you need:
1. U.S. Company with EIN
2. Foreign passport from non restricted country
And; 3. Business website that describes which products or services you sell , info about the owner / team and contact information
