OPTION 1: INSTANTLY GET THE EIN
Apply by Telephone – International Applicants
International applicants may call 267-941-1099 (not a toll-free number) 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday to obtain their EIN. The person making the call must be authorized to receive the EIN and answer questions concerning the Form SS-4 (PDF), Application for Employer Identification Number. Complete the Third Party Designee section only if you want to authorize the named individual to receive the entity’s EIN and answer questions about the completion of Form SS-4. The designee’s authority terminates at the time the EIN is assigned and released to the designee. You must complete the signature area for the authorization to be valid.
You must have form SS4 completed and signed
and ready to fax it while you are on the phone with the EIN department!
So make sure you call the IRS from a phone that is separated from your fax line!
OPTION 2: 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS
FAX THE SIGNED FORM TO:

MAKE SURE attach copy of the SIGNED AND APPROVED CERTIFICATE OF ORGANIZATION!
The IRS will not process your application without it.
2. CHECK THE STATUS:
It takes the IRS 10-14 business days to process the EIN application and issue EIN Confirmation letter with your newly issued number. That letter, called "147C" will be sent to the mailing address you listed on the EIN application by regular post and by fax to the number you have listed as you fax number.

Make sure you have completed and signed copy of the EIN application and the certificate of organization.
