Step 1: basic information

1. Business tax return

If you filed Articles of Incorporation, or establish an LLC your business is a C Corporation, you should file form 1120 (C corporation) and all related forms, statements and schedules.

Form 5472. Report foreign ownership of U.S. LLC. Failure to file form 5472 may result in a $10,000 penalty by the IRS!

          

2. Personal tax return

3.ITIN

Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) is a tax processing number issued by the Internal Revenue Service. Individuals who are required to have a U.S. taxpayer identification number but who do not have, and are not eligible to obtain a Social Security Number (SSN) from the Social Security Administration (SSA), may apply and obtain ITIN issued by the IRS.

                                               

4. Franchise tax return

Failing to do so, may result in revocation of your business authority and the company may be “FORFEITED” (“Forfeited” means the “legal existence” of the entity has been relinquished).
